Who are we?

Holy Bowly is a rapidly expanding, bowl concept based company that originated in early 2023 from two upstate New Yorkers. Nick and I, Gianpaolo, grew up together, but never did we expect a few years down the line that we’d be in business together. Yes, we did start this company, but it wouldn't be running the way it is without the amazing team and family that has been built around it. We are very grateful for what has come so far, and are excited to keep providing quality, comforting meals, from our family to yours.
